40-60 units of botulinum toxin with fat-dissolving injections to reduce facial fat and muscle hypertrophy. Clinical data demonstrates an 18% reduction in submental fat thickness within 4 weeks, translating into visible facial slimming in more than 85% of treated patients.
How Wondertox Works
Wondertox uses DA as its key active ingredient, and this is evidenced by one Aesthetic Surgery Journal in 2022 study, where, at a 2% concentration, DA can achieve an apoptosis rate of the adipocytes at 78% within 48 hours. This figure increases to 91 percent if this goes up to 4 percent. However, with increasing concentration, inflammatory reactions may also appear. Hence, 2.5 to 3% will be considered optimum for practical purposes by Wondertox.
Multipoint injections characterize Wondertox’s lipolysis procedure, and each procedure shall cover about 25 cm2². An injection dose ranging from 0.2 to 0.5 ml was considered as Single injection dose in a single treatment; this must not exceed at any site in 50 ml. In instance overdose, one translates into local inflammatory responses higher by about 27% in recovery increased approximately by 3 to 5 days.
In the past year, the follow-up condition of 200 clients has indicated that within 2-4 weeks, 83% of the population could see the effect of fat dissolving, while 56% achieve waist circumference reduction of 2-4cm. We had a case last year for a 34-year-old woman who wanted an improvement in her double chin. She was not satisfied with the effect of Cryolipolysis, and the rate of fat loss after three months of operation was only 14%. Three Wondertox regimens were prescribed for her, each three weeks apart, in combination with low-intensity RF (40.68MHz) to quicken metabolism. In the end, her double chin thickness reduced by 32% (from 13.8mm to 9.4mm), while over twice the rate of improvement compared to frozen fat solution.

Does Fat Dissolving Really Work?
Does it work after all? At least 500 clients have asked me this question. In the past three years, our team has performed more than 1,200 Wondertox-related treatments with an overall response rate over 89%, but the real “effectiveness” depends on individual differences and the right use.
One such study, documented in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 2021, has shown the average fat loss rate of Wondertox: 23-27% and freeze soluble fat loss rate: 20-26%, while that of Ultrasound Lipolysis was only 12-18%.
In the year 2022, we analyzed data from 500 clients and found that from a single Wondertox treatment, the rate of fat thickness loss was between 15% and 22%, while the cumulative fat loss after 3 treatments was between 40% and 45%.
42% of customers are, within 4 weeks after surgery, due to lack of exercise, metabolic processes are slow, fat loss rate less than 15%, but after adjustment of diet and adding low-intensity exercise, the improvement rate was increased to 30%:.
The depth injected by the optimal soluble fat shall be 6-10mm. Too superficial a position in the injection easily leads to a skin-raised phenomenon, while a too-deep position is detrimental to the improvement of the rate of fat metabolism. We made modifications last year concerning one technical index: to change injection angle from 45° into 60°, improving uniform fat dissolution by as much as 17%, the incidence indurative cases is reduced by about 35%.
In fact, over 65% of clients do not really see results until 2 weeks post-op, but many people believe they can lose weight in as little as 2-3 days. This is because the process of adipocyte apoptosis takes at least 10-14 days and then depends on the lymphatic system for excretion.
If water consumption after surgery is less than 2L/ day, the fat metabolic rate will be reduced by 23%.
Currently, the single price of dissolved fat in a frozen state in the market is 3000-5000 yuan, the average Wondertox is about 2000 yuan, but it takes 1-2 months to be effective for frozen dissolved fat, and Wondertox will be effective within 2-4 weeks. We used Wondertox for the added value as a personal education program for a fitness organization, and then the customer re-purchase rate reached 62%, and the ROI increased 1.8 times.
Last month, we had a 29-year-old male patient presenting himself with a complaint of 24.6% body fat and local abdominal fat. A bit of bodybuilding had already been done by the patient himself, but the stubborn fat of the belly continued to persist. A regimen of three courses of Wondertox was given, with prescriptions of 30-45 minutes daily of low-intensity exercises like brisk walking or yoga, respectively, for post-surgery. How Long to See Results?
In this case, from our nearly three-year data tracking of our team, one can clearly note that the biggest change most customers see falls in 2-4 weeks, with more stability after 6-8 weeks.
According to the standards in the industry, each treatment area of injection should be controlled within the range of 0.2-0.5ml/cm². Besides, 6-10mm is supposed to be an optimal depth directly influencing the diffusion rate and efficiency of lipids dissolved.
One 2023 study published in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery estimated that when the range of apoptosis rate of adipocytes is between 2.5% and 3%, it can be higher than 85%, while if the concentration is more than 4%, the rate of local inflammatory response increases by 34%, with a corresponding extension of the recovery period by 3-5 days.
We counted treatment data from 1200 clients in 2021-2023. 83% of the population observed a fat loss within 2 – 4 weeks, 56% achieved a waist circumference reduction of 2 – 4cm. Within two weeks after surgery, 42% of clients had fat metabolic rate below expectation due to lack of exercise.

Wondertox is a botulinum toxin type A neurotoxin complex that is manufactured in accordance with strict current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
A 34-year-old female client consulted a double chin last month, and we gave her three regimes of Wondertox each three weeks apart, combined with 40.68MHz RF to enhance metabolism. According to the data, Wondertox achieves results 30 to 40% faster than cryolysis, has a 43% lower postoperative swelling rate, and reduces tissue repair time by 5 to 7 days.
Who Should Use Wondertox?
Our data over the past three years show that Wondertox is most effective in people with 20% to 28% body fat, while those with a BMI of over 30 see only 42% effectiveness when Wondertox is used alone.
The best treatment areas are the double chin, butterfly sleeve, side of the abdomen, upper back, and inner thighs, where the thickness of subcutaneous fat is usually between 15-30mm, while the best range of action for Wondertox is a layer of fat between 10-25mm thick. Beyond this range, the lipid dissolving efficiency decreases by 37%.
We have treated over 1,000 cases between 2021 and 2023, with an average rate of fat loss after one treatment of 24.6% for those at 22%-26% body fat. In those with over 30%, however, the single effect has been only 14.2%.
A single treatment costs about 2,000 yuan, 70% to 80% cheaper than liposuction, with an average cost of 12,000 to 20,000 yuan. However, its scope of application is very narrow. According to the annual report data from three domestic plastic surgery hospitals in 2022, Wondertox has obtained a 38% market growth rate. Up to 62% were customers who purchased for re-use and were mainly distributed in fitness circles and micro-plastic surgery clients.
Combined treatments are better: Wondertox combined with deoxycholic acid or mesotherapy solutions results in an improved rate of fat metabolism and overall better results.
In 2022, there is a male client, 29 years, 175cm, and weighing 74kg, whose most attractive appeal aims at reducing fat on both sides of the abdomen. He is prescribed a regimen of 3 injections of Wondertox, 40ml each for a total amount not exceeding 100ml with low-intensity exercise. Eight weeks after surgery, his abdominal circumference had shrunk 5.8cm and the body fat percentage had dropped to 21.2 percent from 24.6 percent; the final shape effect was very obvious.
Wondertox is currently on the market for topical shaping rather than large-scale fat reduction:
Applicable people – body fat rate 20%-28%, local fat accumulation obvious, suitable for jaw, waist, thigh and so on.
Contraindicated for people: Generally, totally obese persons with a BMI over 30, or those with seriously sagging skin, are less than 45% effective with Wondertox alone.
The best use strategy: Together with exercise and diet management, metabolic efficiency can be increased by 28%-35%, and the effect of the final shape can be more than 40% increased.
Side Effects & Risks
During the past three years, our group has monitored over 1,000 Wondertox treatments and remarked that within one week of the surgery, the following side effects occurred: mild redness and swelling in 93% of clients; transient tenderness, in 32%; and in 5.2%, induration or bruising.
The maximum single injection of Wondertox is no more than 100ml, and the depth at one site should be controlled between 6-10mm. If the injection is too shallow (<5mm), it may cause sagging of the skin, while if it is more than 12mm, the spread of the effect may be reduced by 28%.
In 2022, we tracked the postoperative recovery of 300 clients and found that 65% had mild edema within 3 days after surgery, but 96% resolved within 7 days. However, 8% of clients were due to slow metabolism after surgery, fat metabolism residual time extended 2-3 weeks, resulting in local induration or slight nodules, and finally 97% by hot compress and lymphatic massage returned to normal.
Extra detumescence care and follow-up cost in recovery cases extending over a period of more than 10 days for the clients will cost approximately 12% to 18% of the overall cost. From the industrial data, 5% customers also need to get intravenously treated again for the local depression or inflammation with no supplementary intervention .
The other day we dealt with a female client of age 28 who preferred to have three Wondertox treatments for fat in the inner thigh area. The treatment parameter was 40ml each time, with an interval of 3 weeks. However, due to insufficient postoperative water intake (<1500ml/ day), local induration was formed 5 days after surgery, and the touch was hard, and the recovery period was 2 weeks longer than expected. We arranged RF (40.68MHz) + manual lymphatic drainage for 3 times, finally turned normal after 4 weeks, and the fat loss rate still reached to 27.5%.
